Several Ways to Cleanse and Protect Your Energy

We come and go about our day everyday and oftentimes we may pick up on negative and toxic energies. It may be from what we consume, the people we’re around, products we use, etc.

The above photo shows ways you can cleanse and protect your energy. Of course, if there are people that are negative/toxic to you, do what you can to protect yourself if possible or not be around that individual. And, as far as the food that is making you not feel “right” in your body…and soul, you can stop eating those foods. The same thing applies to what you drink as well.

Ways to Cleanse your energy:

  1. Have a clean and colorful diet.
  2. Do a detox and parasite cleanse.
  3. Sea salt body scrub
  4. Epson bath/ Foot bath
  5. Visualize a shielding white light surrounding you.
  6. Listening to healing and cleansing sounds. (Rife, Solfeggio, 432hz, 528hz) You can find videos like these on YouTube.
  7. Take a shower.

 

Ways to Protect Your Energy:

  1. Use essential oils (There are oils being sold on Amazon that you can buy. Choose the one(s) that best for you by what it can do. You can use it/them while anointing yourself and meditating.
  2. Balance the chakras. (I made a post on this that you can check out here.
  3. Use protection crystals. (Amethyst, Fluorite, Black Tourmaline, Jasper, and Labradorite)
  4. Meditation. (You can also try Reiki healing.)
  5. Smudging with herbs. (White Sage, Palo Santo, Yerba Santa, Cedar.)
  6. Earthing. (Walking barefoot.)

Have anyone ever heard of Reiki?

What is Reiki exactly?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

From what I’ve learned, Reiki is made up of two words with “rei” meaning “Higher Power,” and “ki” means “life force energy.”

Recently, I had took the liberty of using Reiki healing while I meditate on Youtube; oftentimes, I would just lay down and listen to the music and feel a light of energy flowing through me. It’s a pleasant feeling. The channel I frequented is called Divine White Light. Do go check it out and/or check out others that may interest you.

Reiki is used for:

  1. To relax and strengthen well-being.
  2. To balance mind, body, and soul.
  3. Chakra healing.
  4. To release stress & doubt.
  5. Negative energy clearing.
  6. For emotional and physical well-being.
  7. For personal development.
  8. For attraction and manifestation.
  9. For spiritual awakening.

…. The list goes on,

So whatever it is you want to use Reiki healing for in your life, be open and receptive to receive the abundance as it flows into your life.

It also helps to visualize and say affirmations while listening to the beautiful music, and practice this as often as you can, working towards what you hope to gain in life.

I can go on and on, but I will leave this by saying, although the healing for physical well-being CANNOT replace a doctor, Reiki healing still helps. I have suffered from mental health issues and high blood pressure; I am getting more into meditation and other spiritual practice has help me tremendously.
