April Writing Challenge- Day 13: What I Am Excited About

Hi everyone! I hope your Easter went well yesterday. Today’s writing challenge is about something I am excited about. Well, despite what is currently happening in the world, I feel that it’s okay to get excited about something. Something I am excited about is the summer will be here soon. Normally during the summers, mines would become something of an old, washed-up washrag. I’m excited for this summer because I’m looking to seeing change with my income and a new residence. I’m normally don’t look forward to anything, but I always tend to get disappointed when things doesn’t turn out right.

I’m excited about moving onward and forward in life and seeing where it takes me. I’m excited about getting my novel published even though I’m still holding onto it. Pick it up and then putting it back down. Repeat. That’s me. I want to share it with the world along with the other books in the series called, The Secrets Series.

Life can be challenging, but it’s also a great teacher because if life didn’t teach us anything, we would probably have never grown into a better version of ourselves.

Oh, there are many things that I am excited about like a movie coming out, seeing a new film on Netflix, and watching Disney Plus. Yes, I still watch Disney, just the streaming service not the channel. I get excited about a new book coming out. I used to have several dozens of books that I have read more than once. Since then I had either donated them or still have a few. I didn’t had a bookcase. Though I am planning on building to hold my books this time.

I’m excited about traveling one day, whenever that will be. The feeling of exploring a place I never been before is exhilarating. It’s like a butterfly going out into the world for the first time ready to embark on life’s journey while feeling like a bundle of nerves.

Well, I hate to continue because it’s starting to make me like I may be getting excited for nothing. It’s like getting your hopes up for no reason at all. Though that could be true, it always gives me something to look forward to. And tells me if I want to see something happen, I have to put the wheels in motion. Funny how I did and I haven’t seen any changes…never mind.

What are you excited about? Let us know in the comments.

Thank you for reading and I hope you all have an enjoyable day.

Stay tuned for Day 14. Peace out!
