As some of you may know, I had started meditation to help with my mental health. It had helped me tremendously, and I try to make it a habit to meditate everyday.

You can do a little at a time. And then do more. I been through the same thing. Give it try.

How long do you do it for now, in one sitting? And do you use a mantra or visualize something or just focus on breath?

You can start off small, like ten minutes. Concentrate on your breathing and relaxing your muscles.
You can do it with voice and music, or just music. There are so many different ones that are used for many reasons to choose from. ❤

I plan to bring Yoga back into my life and i hear mediation yoga is amazing.

It is amazing! I haven’t done much of yoga meditation, getting back at it. Many people who’ve done it, said it has worked wonders for them. Give it a try.

I am in the slow process of doing just that. Life with a 15 mo. old leaves little room for energy and time lol hahahaha
