Have you ever felt like no matter how hard you tried to fix a problem; it seems to get worse?
I know the feeling. You wake up every morning hoping, wishing for a change to come your way. Nevertheless, you know deep down inside; nothing is going to change unless you understand that you have to put in WORK to make that change.
If you want progress in life to work in your favor, you simply cannot remain still. You have to move your feet for change or accept what is. Whatever the “what is” is.
You may even hope that a person you love so much will love you back. You know you will try whatever is necessary to show this person that you’re screaming, “Hey, I love you! Can you not see that?!”
It may bother you that you’ve invested your time and energy in being devoted to this person. You may also had change so much to accommodate the both of you. What should you do? Talk it out? Seek counseling? Try another method? Whatever it takes, go for it! If you had tried, and it’s still not working; well, you can leave knowing you’ve done all that you could. No one wants to be, nor deserve to be used.
You may have a family member or a friend whom you want to help, but don’t know how to help them. You may not have gone through similar experiences as them, however, your gut feeling is telling you to help, help, help. You don’t want to see them suffering.
You want to dedicate your time to make sure this family member or friend can get through the storm with someone who cares enough to say, “No matter what, I’m here for you.”
Still, some of us waste so much time that before you know it, it’s too late. You can’t go back. You can only go forward.
When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us. —Helen Keller
Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending. —Maria Robinson
