I think we can all use this reminder from time to time. 🙏🏽 I know that when you're right in the middle of a painful situation it feels like the end of the world. The hopelessness can seem unbearable. I've been there many times. Often on social media we see people who only talk about/showcase the highlight reel of their lives. Everything looks so fabulous and happy all the time. That's not reality. Don't get caught up feeling like your life is awful because you're in inundated with false pictures of perfection/wealth/beauty/success. Reality is we have all experienced suffering and we will most likely continue to experience some degree more of it throughout our lives. I talk about my suffering openly because if it only helps one person then I have done my job. If you can only remember one thing, try to remember that there will always be Light again.
